What is MPM?
Experience gourmet dining made simple with Meal Prep Monday! Each week, Chef Jimmy Stafford designs a rotating menu featuring fresh, farm-to-table ingredients sourced from local farmers markets and trusted sustainable farms. Every meal is crafted with care, then delivered straight to your doorstep along with easy step-by-step instructions to heat and enjoy at home. With new menus released on Wednesdays, ordering open through Friday, and delivery every Monday evening, you can count on fresh, delicious meals created with the best seasonal ingredients and a commitment to supporting our local farming community.
When can I order?
New menus drop every Wednesday at 2:00 PM and ordering closes Friday at 2:00 PM. Deliveries go out Monday evening between 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Place your order anytime at staffordprime.com/order.
If I select delivery, when will my order be delivered?
For our standard Meal Prep Monday, orders are delivered on Monday between 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time within this window. We recommend making alternative arrangements for Monday’s dinner, as your order may arrive later in the evening.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes! If you’d prefer pickup, your order will be ready on Monday between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at The Parlor at Stafford Prime, located at 15771 Red Hill Ave, Suite 100B, Tustin, CA 92780.
